Residential Conveyancing:

Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful experiences in our lives. Added to that, Solicitors are often thought to be slow, expensive, difficult to contact and uncommunicative. We at Grylls & Paige ensure that we do all that we can to help you through this time with as little bother as possible.

Our Residential Conveyancing Department prides itself on the quality of work provided to our clients. Moving house need not be a traumatic experience, as our conveyancing team, with over a 100 years of experience accumulated between them, have great in-depth knowledge we are immediately aware of any particular problems which may arise and can deal with them at the outset saving both time and money.

We offer our clients our time and experience at a reasonable price believing that a competitive fee does not mean lower quality. We listen to our clients and accommodate their requirements wherever possible. We try to be available at all times to answer any questions and deal with any problems that arise. Being local solicitors means you are able to meet face to face with your conveyance, not merely having contact by telephone or email. We know you by your name not your file number.

As we are on the panel of the major and not-so-well-known mortgage providers we are able to work closely with everyone involved including the mortgage brokers, surveyors, agents and other solicitors to keep the matter going at the pace you require.

We are always happy to provide a free no-commitment Estimate which will accurately reflect our fees and all disbursements. There are no hidden extras.

Perhaps the greatest testimony to the quality of our service is the number of clients who return to us when they decide to move. It has always given us great pride to see the high number of returning clients who have also recommended our services to their family and friends.

When you are thinking of selling or buying, before you take those first steps towards the Estate Agents, please contact us to discuss your proposals and obtain your no-obligation Estimate. Just click on the link and complete your details, we will respond quickly setting out details of our fees and disbursements.

Alternatively, one of our conveyancing team will be happy to speak to you on the telephone.

Commercial Conveyancing:

Commercial Conveyancing

The purchase and sale of business premises is a very specialised field requiring a great depth of knowledge and experience as so many more factors arise than the mere property transfer.

Our Senior Partner, Lester Jacka, has a great deal of experience in this field and can readily advise you in relation to the full range of commercial property matters, including both leasehold and freehold purchases and sales.

Lester has spent many years working with the developers of both large and small sites both in the purchase of development land and subsequent sales of the constructed properties.

The knowledge base of the members of our conveyancing department is borne out of all of them having lived and worked in the immediate area for most of their lives. Such knowledge and experience serves to provide our clients with an exceptionally detailed approach to the commercial conveyancing work we carry out on your behalf which is unlikely to be matched by solicitors from outside the area.
