Lester Jacka

Admitted as a Solicitor in 1980 following experience in both Practice and Local Authority, he joined Grylls and Paige in 1984 becoming a Partner in 1985 until 1999.

He returned in 2009 as the Senior Partner to head the Conveyancing Department. He undertakes residential and commercial conveyancing including estate developments.

Oliver Chappel LL.B

Admitted as a solicitor in 1987, Oliver is a very experienced solicitor bringing expertise in both conveyancing and probate together with local knowledge.

Mark Heywood LL.M TEP

Mark is a Solicitor and specialist Trust and Estate Practitioner, he deals with all aspects of probate, wills, inheritance tax, lasting powers of attorney and trusts. He has a personal and sympathetic approach to matters, at what can be a difficult and emotional time. Mark brings many years of local experience to the Firm.

Leigh Rowland

A key member of our executive team, Leigh has extensive experience in matrimonial, family and civil litigation matters, together with landlord, housing and personal litigation disputes.

David Thomas

David is a key member of the conveyancing team. He has extensive experience of over 35 years gained in the locality, working for various local Law Firms. He specialises in residential conveyancing of both freehold and leasehold property.

Emily Angell LL.B (Hons)

Emily is currently undertaking a two year training contract with the firm. She will qualify in early 2012. Emily has a local background being educated in Truro and living locally.

Neil Humphrey, FCCA

He heads up the accounts team dealing with the financial aspects of the business. Neil's other responsibilities include I.T., human resources and general administration.
