Wills:
We offer private and confidential advice about the drafting of your Will and Trust to meet your wishes and ensure your family and friends are adequately provided for.
We will advise you on all aspects of asset protection including the legitimate avoidance of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax.
The Solicitors in our Wills and Probate department have more than forty five years experience between them and are able to deal with your concerns efficiently and sensitively.

Probate:
We will act as Executors (or in assisting the named Executors) in the efficient administration of your estate. Our fees are agreed in advance wherever possible and unlike banks and some firms of solicitors we do not charge you fees based on a percentage of the value of the estate.
Care Home Fees:
Practical and legal steps can be taken to minimise exposure to the payment of care home fees and protect family assets at the same time. We will advise you on the current state of the law and what can legitimately be done to reduce your potential liability.
Lasting Power of Attorney:
More of us are living longer and it is a fact that more people will suffer from mental incapacity in their later years. To avoid the cost and delays associated with administering someone’s property and financial affairs we strongly recommend our clients to consider preparing Lasting powers of Attorney appointing trusted members of their family to protect valuable assets.
